The service

Wellness Brander provides business-planning, brand-knowledge, content, review, coaching, and implementation workflows for wellness brands. AI output is a draft decision aid and may be incomplete or wrong.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing business decisions, product information, advertising, claims, and materials before use or publication. You must have the right to upload and process submitted content.

Subscriptions and services

Subscription and service prices are shown before Stripe checkout. Coaching and implementation have separate scope and payment terms. An application does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

Product and fulfillment pathways

Tiny Brander and VMT are separate pathways. A recommendation is not a guarantee of eligibility, pricing, inventory, timing, shipping, compliance, or commercial results. Current provider information controls.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to create deceptive claims, unlawful products, regulated medical advice, impersonation, infringement, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Launch review

These terms are an implementation draft. Final entity, jurisdiction, refund, warranty, limitation-of-liability, and dispute terms require legal approval before live checkout.
