Unsupported disease diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, safety, efficacy, “FDA approved,” guaranteed results, and unsubstantiated clinical claims cannot be marked publish-ready.

Review-required content

Health benefits, testimonials, earnings language, before-and-after results, comparative claims, weight-loss language, pain language, and implied medical outcomes require evidence and human review.

Safer language is not automatic approval

Terms such as “supports,” “designed to support,” “daily routine,” and “general wellness” may reduce risk but still require a truthful net impression and appropriate substantiation.

Evidence and provenance

Every reviewed claim should link to its evidence, classification, reviewer, status, and any safer alternative. Missing or conflicting evidence remains visible as Unknown or review required.

Publication boundary

Wellness Brander does not automatically publish advertisements, labels, product pages, or health claims in the MVP. The user remains responsible for qualified legal and regulatory review.
