This MVP is designed to store business and brand information, not consumer medical records. Do not upload protected health information or sensitive patient data.

What we collect

We collect account details, brand workspace content, uploaded business materials, usage events, service applications, payment status, and support records needed to provide the service.

How brand knowledge is stored

Structured brand records are stored separately from file content. Evidence, working intelligence, and approved Brand Canon remain distinct. Canon changes are versioned with actor and time records.

Service providers

Wellness Brander may use Clerk for identity, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for AI workflows and retrieval, Cloudflare for application storage and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and a hosted scheduler for appointments.

Your controls

You may export your brand, revoke staff access, request deletion, and recover a deleted workspace during the stated recovery period. Brand data becomes read-only rather than being deleted when a trial or subscription ends.

Contact and legal review

This launch policy is a product-ready draft and must be reviewed with the final operating entity, address, retention schedule, and contact details before public data collection is enabled.
